2. This website
This website has no accounts or forms. We do not set cookies, use analytics or use advertising trackers. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time to deliver and secure the site. Read Cloudflare's privacy policy.
3. When you email us
We use your name, email address and what you send only to reply and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell personal data.
4. Our apps and services
Where we provide apps or services to a business customer, we process personal data on that customer's instructions and only to provide the service. App-specific details are described in the app or agreement. For the Amrta Spa Front Desk app, see the Amrta Spa Front Desk Privacy Policy.
5. Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers needed to run our business, for example email and hosting providers, or where required by law.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for its purpose or to meet legal requirements, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

You can request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@statpods.com. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
